To offer integral health services , continuing education, and clinical investigations, following established norms that govern these, sticking always to the principles of ethics, for people living with HIV/AIDS and other viral infections, emphasizing service to those in the country with limited resources.

To be the leader in investigations and the clinical management of HIV/AIDS, to serve as a reference center for the country for the health care workers  and the community, covering the demands of the citizens for medical attention and access to treatment for those living with HIV/AIDS

To continue to do clinical trials to better assist our patients and to contribute to the knowledge about HIV/AIDS.​ To continue, through our studies, to provide data that will help to bring to the market new molecules that are more efficient and less toxic for HIV and  other viruses.
